    OMG Noels! Glad to know you guys are safe & well after the terrifying experiences that have occurred out there in your community. My heart breaks for all the loss & devastation people have experienced and it just serves to remind us all how lucky we are. Take care. XXX

    OMG... those photos are scary !!!!! We had the floods first hand too.. our town went under1.8 m of water. alot of homes and shops were destroyed... Im so glad you guys are OK tho....

    our weight loss challenge will be up and running in a couple of days, I am really excited :)))
