What a start to my holidays

Wednesday i picked up my friend Mishelle from the airport, I haven't seen her in over 10yrs.  My holidays started friday morning..  Friday evening i went to a GIRLS NIGHT IN..  That was a great night, the hostess wanted to raise $200 and we did between 8 of us.

Saturday Chris played Cricket (no rain - his first few were wash outs).  Jill had her Grad 4 Highland dance exam.. No results yet

Saturday night we went out to the Down's Hotel with my sister in law and her husband for tea, then out to the Cube to show the local nightlife..  big Halloween party happening down there.  Was only suppose to be out for an hour or so.. got home at 3.30am

Sunday was the big party and after only a few hours sleep i still had about 80 cupcakes to ice... I got myself in a panic.. The Big halloween party (80's Horror) plus Surprise 40th went off without too many problems.. Everyone had fun party started at 12.30pm  hubby went to bed about 2.30am

Monday was recovery Day.. And today we went down to the Downs Hotel for lunch and  a flutter on the melbourne cup... I won yeah picked first 3...

The weekend

Hi well it is raining here and has been for a couple of days now.  I have done a bit of scrapbooking again this weekend.  Plus had a great night out for Willowburn Ladies Break Up.. HAd a BBq at the coach's house and presented both coach's with gifts and then I went out till 5am.  Very tired this evening.
Today of course is FATHER's DAY.  Kids woke Stuart up with Brunch in bed and presents, before he went off to work.  Watched a few movies with the girls this afternoon, before cleaning up scrap area and desk, before making some spring journal blocks and doing a layout.
This lo I have done as a store challenge all the embellishments were supplied and all we could add was paper/cs/stamps/kindyglitz to make lo.  It is also lo 33 & 34 for bb crop boot camp..

This layout was for Challenge Heaven Themed Challenge.. All about me plus lace or ribbon, also used bb boot camp lo #10

This lo is the colour challenge of brown,red, yellow and cream for Toowoomba Scrap Apples, Lo 20 for boot camp, Scrap your Heart out on the boxx

Valentine's Day

Stuart had to work a few hours on his day off, so when he finished I met him down town at the Cube hotel for dinner. We had a lovely dinner than came home for champagne and movies.
We don't normally do valentine's day since we got married but the last couple of years we have had dinner.
It is nice to spend quality time with him.
